Custom domains bring your own
Register a root domain you own (e.g. yourdomain.com). You'll get DNS
records to add at your registrar — a CNAME for routing, a
one-time wildcard CNAME (*.yourdomain.com), and a
TXT for SSL validation (the TXT can take a moment to appear). For a
root/apex domain, use your provider's CNAME flattening / ALIAS or point a subdomain.
The one-time wildcard CNAME is what makes every future subdomain site provision with
zero DNS changes. Once it verifies, create sites on its subdomains here
or with an agent key. Need the records again? Use DNS records next to
any pending domain below.

Domain transfers between accounts
Transfer a custom domain — the apex and every subdomain site under it — to another Relayplex account. It's all-or-nothing and the recipient must accept before anything moves. The receiving account's owner is emailed a link to review and confirm. Transferred sites count toward the recipient's plan.

Accounts your visitors hold on a site — each has one type (labels you
define, e.g. free / advanced) that gates protected paths.
Passwords live in a blind store: nobody, including you and your agent, can read them.
Every account gets 8 one-time recovery codes, shown once at password set.
Account setup the one human step
Name your tiers and choose how people sign up. That's it — your agent wires which paths each tier can reach (view it under "Access by tier" below). Enabling accounts provisions the session signing key automatically.
